Our Quality Commitment

Our testing laboratory continues to improve and monitor the quality of our raw concrete material and finish of concrete product. Our dedicated quality assurance team implements stringent program throughout the process to ensure consistently reliable product with high strength and durability.

 

• Our concrete aggregate is graded daily through sieving analysis
• Our concrete moisture content is tested daily and the admixture used are all tested for uniformity
• Our concrete strength is monitored daily through Slump Tests and Concrete Cube Tests for compressive strength
• Our concrete will have unique identification codes and  dates printed on each pile for better reference and  tracing
